Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. We are doing this fundraising for a little known charity who are doing a great work in supporting patients with various inherited anaemias. 

CAN supports  patients with rare inherited anaemias to be able to meet each other (virtually or in reality) and help and support each other.  CAN helps patients and family understand the inherited anaemias with reliable informations and get your questions answered by doctors in the field.

CAN, through it’s charity helps to raise money to fund research so we can better understand these conditions and improve the diagnosis and treatments available
