1979. What a great year for my parents and the rest of the world 🤔
So, I'm 40 this year and to convince myself that I'm not aging in any way, I've set myself a series of outlandish challenges.
I'd absolutely love it if you could all support me by sending some sponsorship to my page. I'm starting now and my page will be open until just after my last challenge in September.

I'm raising money for a charity that I think a lot of, #vsaaberdeen
Specifically this year I'd like to raise money for the mental health services offered by VSA which are hugely valuable to those supported by them.

1st challenge is my annual moan round the Run Balmoral 10k course on 27th April. Every year I say never again but here we go again 🙄

2nd challenge is in July and is to cycle up Mont Ventoux (seriously, Google it then take a moment to think about it)

3rd challenge is to take part in the New Forest 100 in September. 100 mile cycle.100 MILES 😣😣 (That's in one day by the way!) This one is round about my birthday so rather than gifts or cards I'd really love for folk to donate the cash instead

4th and final challenge is to cycle around Loch Ness. 67 hilly, windy miles in October!

I'll keep you all posted with progress and hopefully successes throughout the next 6 months. If you see me out training in my purple VSA t-shirt then give me a wave or a wee cheer to keep me going but most importantly, if you can afford it then your donations will be hugely welcome.
