It breaks my heart that in today's world in developed countries there is poverty.

Young people, elderly, disabled , the sick , people who have hit hard times .... everyone deserves a hot meal and a warm home .

I'm not well off but there are people who are worse off than ourselves and  need our help. 

I'm more than dedicated to train through the Finnish winter .. sometimes at temperatures as low as minus 25 in order to cross that London Marathon 2018 finish line with at least £1800 raised for my chosen charity.
