My Dad has terminal bowel cancer which has now spread to his liver.  Although it is too late for Dad, I also have two friends (one of which has just been through this and the other who is currently going through treatment for it), so please help me raise funds for Cancer Research so we can beat this horrible disease.

On Friday of this week Cancer Research are holding a Stand Up To Cancer day, so I am not going to sit down all day long (unless I need the loo of course, as being a girlie I just cannot pee and definitely not pooh while standing up!!!)

This will be no mean feat in itself, as I work in an office in front of a computer all day long, so have yet to figure out how I am going to do this whilst wearing a big badge pinned to my arse!!!  Well, if nothing else, the fear of a large safety pin sticking into my bum should prevent me sitting down!!!
