Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

We will be running the Belfast Marathon as a relay team on 2 May 2011, in aid of SOS Children's Villages UK.  SOS Children's Villages work incredibly hard to provide a loving home for orphan and abandoned children throughout the world.

We have choosen to raise money for this Charity in honour of my brother, Chris Billingsley, who tragically died in an accident in Thailand in January of this year.  Chris worked as a teacher in Thailand for the past five years.  He had travelled extensively throughout Africa and South East Asia and felt very strongly for street children.

As a tribute to him we would like to raise as much money as possible so SOS Children's Villages can help change the lives of street children throughout the world.

Thank you again for visiting this page and please give anything you can.
