On the 10th May 2014, I am going to abseil down the KPMG building in Birmingham. (about 120 ft!) I have never done it before and I am very very excited, if not a bit nervous!! Anyone who knows me will know that this is well out of my 'comfort zone' BUT I am seizing the day and trying to help a very worthy cause.

Half of the sponsorship money I raise is going towards The Theatre Department at the Children's Hospital, this has been my place of work for the last 4 years and a place that I love. It's a place where I have learnt that not everyone is fortunate enough to have a stress free life with healthy children.

The other half will go to the Children's Cancer Appeal, a department that as a family we have strong ties to. Cancer patients spend a long time in hospital, be it as an inpatient or in the outpatients department and BCH want to make it the best it can be!
