As most of you are aware we live on a military base and are very lucky to have a community of families surrounding us. Sadly one of these families has a 8 year old daughter who was diagnosed with cancer and they have been fighting it as a family for over a year. Throughout their journey her parents have created the charity Shine Bright Support to offer mental health support for families and patients affected by childhood cancer.

Together; my husband, our two sons - Harry age 2 and Samuel 7 months and I, we are joining the charity in their September challenge by walking 100km in a month. 100km is the average distance familes travel in a week to attend their child's cancer treatment. 

Please help us raise as much money as possible so families like these can get as much support as they need.
