Story

SO - my self-challenge is the following 26:

26 press ups; 26 squats;  Plank for 26 seconds;  Side planks for 26 seconds;  26 Sit ups; 26 seconds walking; 26 lunges; 26 curtsy lunges; 26 side lunges; 26 star jumps;  26 side swipes;  26 bunny hops;  26 seconds lying down; 26 bicycle crunches ; 26 side stretches with weights;  26 curl and press;  26 seconds balancing on one leg;  26 seconds downward facing dog;  26 seconds jogging; 26 single leg squat;  26 seconds rest;  26 bent over rows;  26 seconds passing rugby ball;  26 seconds good morning;  26 seconds juggling;  26 seconds clapping and cheering all key workers

When done I will publish the 'after' photo - it will NOT be pretty!  But all money raised will enable Sharks Community Trust to continue the valuable work it is doing to support some of the most vulnerable groups in society now and after this crisis. This includes providing inclusive activities to people with a disability; education to young people disengaged from school and mental health programmes.
