A few of us in The Ipswich Hospital Information Department have put ourselves forward to take part in the Mucky Races 5K Steeplechase in October.

We would like to raise as much as we can to be donated to The Ipswich Hospital NHS Trust, specifically for the benefit of patients suffering from Dementia.
