Fundraising for YMCA Milton Keynes
Story
On Thursday 1st April Adey and I are taking part in the Stay at Home Sleepout challenge for sleeping outside in the cold on the hard floor overnight in our back garden.
All funds raised will go to help fighting homelessness in Milton Keynes for the YMCA who are doing amazing work. YMCA Milton Keynes, believe every young person should have a safe place to belong and the support they need to contribute and thrive in our local community. This is Adey’s second year of doing a sleepout and my 3rd. In some ways that’s worse because I know each time I get zero sleep due to the cold and it is always a very, very long night. We are lucky though we only have to do it for one night. Even had two slug 🐌 friends join us on the cardboard last year 😃.
