2012/13 were challenging times for our entire family. Sarah having been diagnosed with aggressive breast cancer embarked on a diet of surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and further Herceptin for good measure.

A full year on from reconstructive surgery and chemotherapy we feel it is time for us to give back.

Richard's dedicated support is once again being called upon, this time to help carry the backpack.......

We will be attempting to reach the top of Kilimanjaro the highest free standing mountain in the world at 19,341 feet above sea level.

Having personally benefitted from Breakthrough's discoveries in treatment and drugs we are supporting this truly dedicated charity to fight this cruel disease.

They have been making huge progress with their ground-breaking research. They have discovered more than ever before about what causes breast cancer, they have found ways to diagnose the disease earlier and they  have developed innovative new treatments. But women are still getting breast cancer. And women are still dying from it. There’s still much more to be done.
