Here's a little update: WE DID IT!!  The weather was pretty appalling, with lashings of rain and much much wind, but nevertheless we had a lot of laughs and felt rather proud of ourselves I think =)  It took us 5.5 hours overall (8pm til 1.30am) including a stop halfway.  Bring on next year!

So this Thursday as you get ready to go out (or settle down for a night in) think of us because...

...we will be doing the Sheffield RAG Spiderwalk 2010!!

Basically this means we'll be joining several hundred other slighty crazy students to walk 13 miles (ie a half marathon) through the city and out into the Peaks.. at night!

And it's all in aid of charity.

To make it worthwhile (and to give us some much needed encouragement) we're hoping you'll be able to spare a little bit of money - even just a pound or two would be much appreciated.

The money raised will go to the awesome Sheffield RAG fund, which last year doled out an impressive £163000 to 50 worthy charities.  I'm told that last year's Spiderwalk itself raised over £11000!

ANY spare cash you have lurking around would be fab - either pay via this website, track me (or Aoife or Sam) down around uni, or you could even put some cash in the post I guess!
