We’re Mind, the mental health charity, working across England & Wales. We believe no one should face a mental health problem alone. We’re here for you. Whether you’re stressed, depressed or in crisis. We’ll listen, give support & advice, & fight your corner. Thanks for fundraising for national Mind.

Story

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On Sunday 1st September 2019 I will be running the Wolverhampton Half Marathon in aid of the Mental Health Charity, Mind.

1 in 4 people are affected by a mental health problem every year. Many of us know someone who has experienced mental health issues or have possibly struggled ourselves. Mental health is a common human experience yet unfortunately not always well understood. There is still a huge stigma attached to it, stopping many from speaking out.

Mind offers services to support and respect those facing challenges along with raising awareness and improving the understanding of mental health. I hope to raise money to support this worthy cause. Let’s help those close to us as well as a stranger. Together we can ensure they are not facing their distress alone.

Thank you for your time, donations and support. You can find further information about Mind via the following link: https://www.mind.org.uk/about-us/
