The "Mercy4Mankind Charity Challenge" is an annual non-profit campaign by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association (AMYA) encouraging people from across the UK to raise money for British charities by running, walking, hiking or cycling!

Story

Ramadhan is not always easy- no food or water from 3am-9pm. Its harder still to run a 10k whilst fasting!

I want to raise £500 for a water well in Africa, and £150 for three eye operations as part of MKA UK's 2019 annual Charity Challenge,  for those who have no choice but to fast everyday. It is part of a group campaign to raise a total of £23000. The eye operations are for children in Burkina Faso who have lost vision at birth

I will be running at RunThrough's Chase the Sun 10K event at Wimbledon Common, at the end of may.

My PB is 41:35. On this ocassion, I will be aiming for a 45 minute finish
