As a family, this has been a terrible time watching our beloved Nan deteriate with this awful disease. The Alzheimer's Society have provided lots of help and support over the years to our family and so in return for all this help, we wanted to give a little something back and help those in the future who are unfortunate enough suffer with this terrible disease.
