In memory of my amazingly strong, small but mighty mother. Here's to supporting a charity that will hopefully help research a cure and support other families like mine.

I will be running my first 10k on July 17th and would like to fundraise for
Action For Pulmonary Fibrosis. Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) is a rare and poorly understood lung condition that causes scarring of the lungs. The word ‘idiopathic’ means the cause is unknown, and the reasons why someone develops IPF are not well understood.

Any funds towards research can only help everybody. This is a cause which is very personal to me and any contribution would be gratefully received.
