"Don't limit your challenges; challenge your limits"

On the 12 of June myself and 2 very good friends have challenged ourselves to complete the West Highland Way (96 miles) in 24 hours, it normally takes most people on average 5-8 days and we're going to do it in ONE!!!

It will be a test of mental & physical endurance and we will be documenting the whole 24 hours. It will be articulately planned to ensure we have people at key points with food and water to maintain our energy. 

Whilst putting our mind & body through this I thought why not make it for a good cause; as you all know mens mental health and mental health in general is very important to me. I try and support the local community in any way `I can and this time shall be no different - I'm pledging to raise £2500 for Chris' House. 

Any donations big or small will be greatly appreciated.
