Hello everyone. For your amusement and my embarrassment I donned a Saints shirt when the Southampton FC visited the ward today. For those that know me, you know what a big deal this was for me but the charity is worth it. Please make me feel better about myself by donating a fiver more to The Piam Brown Ward. Once again many thanks for everyone's continued generosity. I'm please to inform you that 2kgs has been dropped and dieting is continuing. Phoebe is fighting hard and we could not do it without the first class support of everyone on the Piam Brown ward at SGH. Hello all The chemotherapy is taking its toll on Phoebe, but we take heart from the mantra "if it's hurting, it's working". She's taking her Dad's approach to illness. That is to say that she's sleeping for England and looking very peaceful on it. This first course finishes Monday 19th, then we wait a couple of weeks to see if she's getting better. On the weight loss front, I have not put a gram on but didn't lose a gram either!! Disappointed but not bad since I've basically sat and stared for a week. Have plans to increase exercise as I do more Oliver related stuff in the coming days. Once again, many thanks for all your love and support. It means so much to us. Scott x

Once again, generous donations have come in today for which we are most grateful. I'm still counting calories using MyFitnessPal app and I'm keeping well within my targets so hope to report positive progress after the first week. I see Mick Fairbrother's looking trim these days so I draw further inspiration from his efforts!! Phoebe got out of bed for the first time in 2 weeks today!! Full of smiles and love. The drugs she is having don't let her keep much food down but the angels here at Piam Brown are keeping their closest eye on her. Please continue to support their efforts. Scott x
