..Just 3 days to go before the big cycling challenge on Sunday. Some nervousness creeping in as never cycled 100 miles in one day previously! Comforted by total confidence in the fit of my saddle and the purpose of my cause for The Pancreatic Cancer Trust UK.

The weather forecast looks unexpectedly promising too, so with my cycling " wing man" and dear friend Peter to help me around the circuit  , lets get on with the show!
