This December I'm holding a triathlon to raise some money for Spinal Cure Australia. Really, I'm just throwing this out there for anyone who would like to join me as I embark on this 12months since my operation. It will follow the usual swim-bike-run staging as detailed below, however feel free to join in one stage or all, or even just join in a part of one stage! It will finish at the picnic area at the end of the two bays trail and we can hopefully organise a car shuttle for anyone doing the run. We'll have a few drinks/bbq ready to go at the finish - would love to see some friendly faces there! You can participate, spectate, or just donate. Invite whoever you like or think might be interested in putting all those lockdown miles to the test
