Scott was the most kind and generous person I know and am proud to have been his sister.  We were raised in the Army and eventually Scott went on to serve in the Army himself.  Scott's death was a tragedy.  I would like to have something positive from it and for his memory to live on in benefiting others in a charity that is close to our hearts.
