I am running the York 10k to raise money for the YAA, after they helped save my life. 🚁❤️

2/3 years ago I was involved in a serious RTA which left me with a serious brain injury, I was put into an induced coma on the scene. If it wasn't for the amazing response of the YAA then I would not be here today!

Now I am further on in my recovery I would like to run the york 10k with my girlfriend Fern, to give back to the people that saved my life! Ultimately, they gave us the opportunity to even have a future.
