Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

We have decided to organise a charity football match in order to support the excellent work that Back Onside do. Back Onside is a charity which works with individuals who are suffering from mental health issues and look to support them through improving their emotional, psychological and emotional well-being. Their tagline is #supportthroughsport. Check out their website www.backonside.co.uk for more information on the terrific work they do.

Each week we record a podcast about Scottish football and we have had guests on who have used the services of Back Onside. We were moved by their stories and wanted to do something to help raise money for the charity.

The event that we have organised is a charity football match between Aberdeen and Celtic over 35s select teams which will feature ex-professional footballers and fans of both clubs. This will be held on Sunday 29th March at Broadwood Stadium in Cumbernauld.

We'd love it if you can support what we are doing with any donations. Ticket information will be available soon for those who want to buy a ticket.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.
