Story

Many of us are unfortunate enough to have friends and/or family that have suffered or are undergoing treatment for breast cancer.

When I heard that a close friend of a former colleague is undergoing treatment for breast cancer and is arranging a mass skinny dip for Breast Cancer Care, I felt compelled to join in!  My sister Kirstie is joining me in this madness under the team name of 'Seaford Streakers'.

Please read the info below and if you want to register to take part (as we want to get as many women to join as possible!) then email her at leapforlove@gmail.com.

This is taking place on 9th September at an undisclosed location ;-D

We're not shy, please don't be either - please dig deep and donate now (remember we won't have any pockets to hold cash in on the day)!

Leap for Love

Bare All for Breast Cancer Care

Sunday, 9 September at 12pm, [****] Beach

Leap for Love on Sunday 9 September and join over 200 women in a mass skinny dip to raise funds for Breast Cancer Care.  Join us in this exhilerating, life-affirming event to support the women we love who have been affected by breast cancer.

This women only event will be held on a Sussex beach on Sunday 9 September 2012. Leap for Love is an event for women of all ages, sizes, shapes and abilities. It’s for the body beautiful and the body shy, whether you love your wobbly bits or aren’t too keen; if you dare to bare all, you won’t be alone.

Our wish is for women to join together and celebrate their bodies in a comfortable and secure environment, so we will do our best to minimise public interest and won’t be revealing the exact location until nearer the time!

So whether you run, leap, or stumble into the sea; take a swim or a quick dip, whip your clothes off bold as brass or run for cover under the biggest wave, please help us gather as many women together to Leap for Love and raise funds for Breast Cancer Care.

Whether you are leaping for yourself or a loved one, make Sunday 9 September 2012 a day you’ll remember forever. To register your interest email your full name leapforlove@gmail.com so we can contact you with further information.

Thank you so much for daring to bare all for this wonderful cause x
