Myself & Stefan have challenged ourselves by stepping up from 5k to 10k. My conversion from couch potato continues unabated with the support and competition from Stefan.

Our choice of charity this time has a personal angle in that my good friend Mike Bell was diagnosed in May 2015 with the early onset of Parkinson's. Mike and his family met this challenge head on and set about changing the way they tackled everyday life despite having to suffer the effects of this debilitating disease.
