In October I will be running the Cardiff Half Marathon for Dynamic based in Wrexham.

Dynamic is a charity that offers opportunities for out of school activities for children with special needs in the Wrexham area, and also helps people with disabilities finding work.

This is a charity that has massively helped my brother for many years now and it would be amazing to be able to give them a little bit back, even if it's a drop in the ocean compared to how they've helped Owen.
