I was recently approached by a local GP friend to run the Royal Parks Half Marathon for the Virtual Doctors.  I am delighted to be able to support this locally based charity in Sussex. 

Virtual Doctors uses smart phone technology to support health work professionals in remote locations in Africa with UK doctors providing remote support for more complex or unusual conditions. See there website for full details.

I will be running with my big brother, Paul who as a medic also has a passion for supporting healthcare in Africa and is involved in development paediatric services in Sierra Leone.
