Sean's Helipad Cycle · 26 July 2012

We provide Defibrillators and other life saving equipment and deliver Emergency Life Support training in schools and throughout the community.

Story

In August 2002 I was born more than 8 weeks earlier than expected after my Mum was flown to Raigmore in Inverness. Although I was very small (2lb 13oz!) I was very healthy and after a few weeks in special care I came home to Skye.

At about the same time funds were being raised for the Helipad in Portree. I was too young to fundraise then but, on 18th August 2012 to celebrate my 10th birthday I'm going to cycle, with my Dad, from Uig over the Quiraing to Staffin then on to Portree, a bit more than 25 miles, to help raise funds for the repairs needed now.

My family know how important the Helicopter can be and that I'm lucky to be so healthy, I want to help to make sure that the helicopter has a safe place to land. Please help me to raise lots of money to help.
