London to Brighton 100km Challenge 2014 · 24 May 2014 ·

The UK's leading charity for veterans' mental health. For over a century, we've helped former servicemen and women deal with issues like trauma, anxiety, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. Today, we provide support to veterans from every service and every conflict.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As part of the Sleeping Giant Media team I will be running in the 100km London to Brighton race on May 24th.

As a company we have chosen to support Combat Stress and are aiming to raise £10,000.  We hope this will go toward making sure our guys are receiving the appropriate support having served in extremely arduous conditions both physical and psychological.

This is particularly apt with 2014 representing the 100th anniversary of the Fist World War. Combat Stress was established in 1919 to support veterans and has been doing so for the last 95 years.

Three of us will be running on the 24th (Tom, Mersudin & myself) and hopefully by pushing ourselves hard and picking up a few blisters along the way be can do our bit to raise some money for a very worthy cause.

Any pennies you have to spare will be greatly appreciated! Thanks for your time.
