A team of us from Univeristy of Birmingham physiotherapy have teamed up to take on tough mudder. 

I have chosen to raise money for the charity MIND because within the last couple of years I have lost two friends of mine to suicide. Sam Ashe and Matthew Rowe. Both amazing people with kind hearts. People who I hold very fond memories of. People I will not forget. 

Any donations would be greatly appreciated, mental health is something that often goes unnoticed. Awareness needs to raised and help needs to be provided for people who are suffering in silence.
