On the 3^rd August, 20 people from the Accenture Newcastle will be taking on the Yorkshire Dales Three Peaks Challenge and walking 24 miles and 1500m of ascent in 12 hours. We are doing this in support of the charity Bright Northumbria.

I have never taken part in anything of this scale before and it really will be a personal challenge for me. 

Bright Northumbria was originally formed in 1998. Since then
they have raised millions of pounds to help fund a wide variety of
projects to benefit our patients, staff and people living across Northumberland
and North Tyneside. The charity invests money in medical equipment, additional
comforts to enhance patient experience, improving the patient environment,
staff education and training, and new technologies and infrastructure.
