As you may know, I used to do a bit of running, but since having Elijah I haven't done any - so I thought this was the perfect excuse to kick start my running whilst raising a bit of money for an amazing charity - our local hospice. 

Please spare anything you can - every penny will motivate me to get off the sofa and help the hospice.
