As you may know, I've been involved in the Islamic Finance industry for the last 14 years. What you may not know is that I've also been involved with one of the most prominent Masjids in London for the last 16 years.

During the pandemic Darul Ummah Jame Masjid found itself in very difficult circumstances. The Masjid was closed, our congregation could not join us, and we could not raise the essential funds required for the year's expenses. Add to this the renovation work we had undertaken to improve and develop our facilities for women, and Darul Ummah was in desperate need of you.

Alhamdulillah, by the Grace of Allah, you all donated generously, and we raised over £110,000 to cover the cost of these projects, as well as keep the lights on.

This Ramadan, Darul Ummah Jame Masjid needs your support to raise £125,000 inshaAllah. Help us to upgrade the Masjid's Audio, Visual & Streaming systems, and contribute towards the day-to-day running costs, maintenance and various services.

Ever since 1997, Darul Ummah has been the home to many pioneering educational projects, dawah initiatives, youth and recreational activities, and it has been a place of spiritual solace and upliftment for the entire community.Alhamdulillah, the Houses of Allah have opened their doors once again, and we are truly privileged in this Ramadan to be able to congregate and pray the 5 Daily Prayers & Tarawih.In what has been a very challenging and unprecedented past year, Darul Ummah had maintained many of its key services for the community.
