Every year, one in four of us will experience a mental health problem. But hundreds of thousands of people are still struggling.

I believe no-one should have to face a mental health problem alone. Mind listen, give you support and advice, and fight your corner and that's why I'm fighting for MIND. 

MENTAL HEALTH IS JUST AS IMPORTANT AS PHYSICAL HEALTH AND IS OFTEN OVERLOOKED!! 

I will be boxing on the 20th September 2019 for MIND. Thank you to those of you who can make it to the event, if you are unable to make it, I am trying to reach a target of £200.00 for the charity and would be grateful if you can donate to the charity.
