I am participating in a 56km dualathlon race called Sea 2 Summit Supreme on Saturday 10th of November in Westport. The breakdown is a 4km run, 8km cycle, 5km mountain run up and down Croagh Patrick, 35km cycle and a 4km sea run to finish.
