On 30 March, I'll be channeling my inner Pam Beesly to walk over really bloody hot coals in aid of a charity that I volunteer for and that's very close to my heart, Rape Crisis Tyneside and Northumberland. 

The charity provides free, safe, professional support and information for women and girls over 13 who have experienced any form of sexual violence at any time in their lives. And in a time where women's charities are losing funding and getting cut left, right and centre, it's important that I do my bit!

I'm aiming to raise £100 so if you could spare a few quid, that would be grand. THANK YOU.
