On the 11 Oct 2009 I am taking part in a Commando 10K Assault Course Team Challenge.  As you can appreciate this is going to be extremely tough and demanding event.  We are a mixed team of 12 with various abilities up against some very strong teams.

We are doing this in recognition of a close friend losing weight, going from 202Kg down to an astonishing 112Kg, he will be taking part in the 4k Commando Challenge and to raise money for a good cause.    

As you can guess this is a plea to you all for sponsorship, each individual has been asked to raise a minimum of £40, the money raised will be going to The British Legion Devon Air Ambulance Trust.
