Dana was diagnosed with HAE in 2003 and joined HAE UK as a patient in 2015. She was asked to become a trustee in 2017 and continues to serve to present day. Adam became a supporter of HAE UK after meeting Dana in 2018 and is an active family member supporting an HAE patient.
