I have decided to enter the Cardiff Half Marathon 2012 to raise money for Dementia UK, in memory of my nan, who sadly passed away recently... All who know me know that I am not a natural runner (to say the least!), but am looking forward to the challenge, as well as raising some much needed funds for this amazing charity...

Dementia UK work tirelessly to raise awareness of dementia, offering support, advice and services for those affected... All funds raised will go to this worthwhile charity, so please dig deep (because i'm going to have to in order to finish the run !)... Many thanks, Sha Bev xxxx
