Sandra Brackston, Daniel's Mother, wishes to help the Great Western Air Ambulance raise funds for their new Air Ambulance to help save lives of others in need. She will complete a Parachute Jump on 7/9/14. She does this with a Titanium plate in her wrist following a fall and she broke her foot having fell out of the attic on New Years Eve 2012.
As alot of you know, her son Daniel was involved in a near fatal car crash in April 2012, which resulted in him receiving serious life threatening injuries. Thanks to the tremendous work of all the Emergency Services, Daniel was cut free from his car and airlifted to Frenchay Hospital by The Great Western Air Ambulance. The treatment received at the scene and the speed at which he was transferred to Hospital no doubt helped save his life. After just nine weeks Daniel returned to full time work.
Since that time Daniel has completed 2 Half Marathons and competed in a Duathlon to raise money for GWAAC all with a Titanium pin in his leg and next year will run the Bath Half again, this time with his Dad and future Brother-in-Law.
In advance Sandra thanks you for any Sponsorship and thanks The Brethren of Edenwall Lodge, Coleford for raising £6000 for GWAAC since Daniel's Accident.
