If it wasn't through the help of the Penny Brohn Cancer Care at probably the worse time of my life, I am not sure how i would be today.....probably in a straight jacket!!!!!

Seriously, the organisation was there to get me through the trauma of cancer and get me back on a path to good health.....through their stress managment, counselling, meditation and dietary advice programes. All paid for by them....for me..
