Hi Guys ,

On  Sunday 20th May I will be taking part  ( walking fast actually as my little legs cant run so well ) in the Bupa 10k run to raise funds for the charity who I'm the fundraiser for The Nicky Alliance Day Centre which is part of Manchester Jewish Community Care. A charity which is very close to my heart and who I've worked for these last 8 years. 

As you know The Nicky as its affectionately known looks after older people who are either  visually impaired, disabled, lonely or suffering from a dementia related illness. A home from home enviroment which is so vital to the well being of its members. The  Centre needs much more support now  than its ever done , the ever increasing cost on our services and the lack of support as before due to the financial crisis at this present time.

We need to raise £600,000 a year to keep our  Nicky going, please donate something  and help me to achieve my target for this run. There are another 6 runners taking part as well.
