Coastal West Sussex Mind supports young people, adults, families and carers who are affected by mental health problems and has hubs in Littlehampton and Durrington. They rely a lot on fundraising and donations for their work and I know how important that is. That's why we have decided to run this event, not only to raise money but awareness of the effects mental health problems can have on your friend, brother, mother, sister, father, lover...... It is something that can take hold and without the help of the great people that work for this amazing charity, things could be so different. Please give generously ☺
