Those of you that know me, know that I've never had the best health, and recently I've been in and out of hospital a lot. 

When my little boy was 5 weeks i was rushed in with severe abdominal pain, after a few hospital trips and a 10 month wait the team at DCH removed my gallbladder and I recovered with no problems. 

Then a few weeks ago I was rushed in after collapsing outside my house with breathing issues, it turns out I had a severe chest infection and fluid in my lungs that I wasn't aware I had till that day. The team at DCH looked after me that night and made sure I had everything I needed to be able to continue my recovery at home, while cheering me up and making my stay a bit more enjoyable. 

Because of this I feel that I need to give something back, it's going to be tough after being ill like I have been, but I'm going to rehab my lungs and raise some money at the same time.
