As some of you know I was sexually abused as a child aged 3 and again aged 11-14 years old. Why am I telling you this?.. Because I am one of the lucky ones, I am still here, a mum to 3 daughters and training to be a nurse.

Some beautiful children are not so lucky... Victoria Climbe, Peter Connolly, Daniel Pelka..... The list goes on and on and my heart breaks that little bit more with each one.

As we get into bed tonight, snuggled up... There are some kids who are scared, lonely, hungry, hurt, desperate and DEFENSELESS!!! It is STILL GOING ON!

Please will you help me and those children who are no longer with us, the survivors (including myself) and those children walking around today, hiding devastation behind their smile.
