<p>Thanks for your time and attention!</p>
<p>When my very dear friend, Ahmed Osman passed away it was a terrible blow to us all. He was just 32 and although he'd lived with Diabetes for years, his death was a complete shock.</p>
<p>I was left feeling as though I wanted to give him something back, show him how much he meant to me and ultimately do something in his name. On the day of his funeral, I made a promise to him to get into the Marathon and run it for Diabetes UK. On my first attempt at gaining a ballot place, I was accepted and am convinced he made it happen (he'd never let me get away with a promise like that!)</p>
<p>So here I am, running my heart out to raise funds for a fantastic organisation who are working towards a future without Diabetes.</p>
