As a family we are lucky enough to spend lots of time enjoying the countryside.  I started running about 18 months ago and it is thanks to the outdoors that allowed me the space and clarity to both achieve my younger fitness levels and clear my head of a few cobwebs. Tiggywinkles do a fantastic job of looking after sick and injured wildlife.   Hedgehogs in particular are in serious decline and anything that raises awareness of the help they need can only be positive.
