On Friday 29th April I will be sleeping  'rough'  on cardboard at an outside MK carpark in aid of the Winter Night Shelter MK.

Not looking forward to it, forecast is 3 degrees but imagine having no choice !

The Winter Night Shelter MK is a year-round charity helping people at their point of crisis. They support: rough sleepers; sofa surfers; individuals and families in emergency accommodation or temporary housing; and anyone at risk of homelessness across Milton Keynes.

Sadly the need for their services is growing with around 200 people helped every week at their Unity Park Station base for anything from Welfare and mental health needs to laundering clothes and having a hot meal.
