Shyam & Dulari's Charity Eye Care Project to Zambia June 2016 !

Shyam & Dulari's Charity Eye Care Project in Zambia · 17 March 2016
Having recently got engaged, we are starting our lifelong journey together doing something that lies close to our hearts. We have chosen to raise money for Vision Aid Overseas to go on a two week project to Zambia providing eye examinations to those less fortunate.
Above are ALL examples of how we may be utilising our skills to help those less fortunate.
As fully qualified Optometrists, we have the skills and resources to correct vision and screen for serious eye disease. We will be working in a team of six, visiting remote towns and villages working in eye clinics to provide large numbers of civilians access to eye care. Our efforts will allow huge numbers of people to attend and leave with their sight and potentially lives transformed.
Vision Aid Overseas is an international charity dedicated to fighting poverty by transforming access to eye care in developing countries. 10% (640 million) of the world’s population are visually impaired because they cannot get the glasses they need. Please help us raise the money for this worthwhile project.
To make this trip possible, we need to raise £3000 between us, so please do donate if you wish!
