On the 7th September I am going to be cycling 1,000 miles from Land's End to John O'Groats in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.

1 in 2 of people develop cancer in the UK in their lifetime, which is a sobering statistic. One I that I personally know all too well. By the age of 21 I had lost both my parents to Cancer. My dad battled pancreatic cancer, whilst my mum fought courageously against blood cancer. 

My life changed forever, but, ever since I have strived to do things in my life to repay the amazing people that helped care for and support my parents and help with the fight against Cancer.
